Eurogamer made a list of the top 50 games of 2008. They used votes casted by the staff of Eurogamer and contributors of the website to make the list.
I will just link the top 10 since we obviously don't care about the rest.

That's right LBP is the number one game.
Other games. Brawl was #50, MGS4 came #30, and Wii Fit #25 (how I have no idea)
