And do you know what happened the last time we ended up with a Sonic game with the main character holding a weapon? We ended up with Shadow The Hedgehog. And if you click the link, I think we all can see how that ended up.

lolololol shadow the hedgehog. Did anyone actually play that game? The opening cut scene was total pimpage, but then everything else sucked...Does anyone know why shadow would want to drive a crappy car?
Also....sonic died back a LOONG time ago..

Well true but Sonic and the Secret Rings for the Wii was a step into the right direction. It wasn't amazing, but it was just an average game and that's saying something for a 3D sonic game.

Sega half died when Dreamcast died. And the Sonic Team (the developer behind most Sonic games) is shitty now.
So yeah, the only good thing left in Sonic is 2D games.

Meh.. all the new sonic games, dont catch the moment of frustration of dieng on the last level.. in sonic adventures *not for resale*(never did understand what that ment) on the sega genises. I mean good times like those... are priceless. Now they have sonic games in 3d and a whole book of cheat guides.. wth is that?

lol i cant believe you guys didnt know about the black knight. It will suck supreme [mod edit], obviously, and the graphics are as bad as the Secret Rings, which also sucked [mod edit]. Hopefully Unleashed will bring the series back to its success.
