BBC Teases on Super-Secret PS3 GameBLOG - A BBC writer is apparently privy to some top secret information regarding a 2009 PlayStation 3 game. What could it be?ImageBBC dot.life blogger Darren Waters wrote Sunday about a highly optimistic Sony following last week's Game Developers Conference. Even though Worldwide Studios boss Phil Harrison is leaving SCE, things are looking up for the company. 
For instance, the console in January was able to capitalize on Xbox 360 and Wii supply constraints in the US to beat Microsoft's console by around 30,000 units and come within striking distance of Nintendo's popular Wii. And Blu-ray's win in the format wars has also been a bright spot in recent weeks. The system will also be seeing upcoming software like Resistance 2, MotorStorm 2, LittleBigPlanet and of course, PlayStation Home. But Waters spoke of another game that he said left him "speechless." And he can't say anything about it: "So what else was I shown? Well, I was shown a trailer for a game not due out till 2009 but was sworn to absolute secrecy. Apparently, Sony just wanted to give a glimpse of what the console will be capable of. "In fact, the game is such a secret that when I mentioned the game to Phil Harrison last week he was unsure at first whether even to admit the title existed. When I explained I had been shown it under strict Non Disclosure Agreement terms he looked relieved. "I don't mean to be a tease - all I can say is that I was left speechless. If the footage I was shown truly is "in game", as told to me by the Sony PR people, then we could be on the brink of a step change in what games consoles are capable of in terms of story-telling and immersion. "And there I'll leave it. Feel free to speculate on what I was shown. I cannot, of course, confirm or deny what it was...." Hmmmm... |

Or a sequel to the game that looked similar to it but came way before it. Wasn't it called Ike or something like that?

wohoo death to 360 fanboys:DI doubt it's halo...(what does that have to do with stroy immersion...that could leave someone speechless...and it's outlasted it's bit of gameplay anymore would ruin the experience...)
so this guy sure is being a tease...until 2009 this issue won't matter(unless the usual "accidental" leaks happen...) |

Microsoft DOES NOT own Halo anymore...not even the copyrights (unlike FEAR...which Monolith owns and when the devs moved companies...FEAR was property of Monolith and they Warner Bros changed the name to Project Origin). Anyways...I doubt it's anything THAT cool..The next Elder Scrolls...hmmm? | ||

so who ever said microsoft owned halo???that has nothing to do with anything they just won't put it on the ps3 since they have developed a connection.....anyways it will be amazing until like a year later we may find out... | ||
