That trailer made no sense whatsoever. But still cool.

It actually does make sense. The barnacles growing above the water show the city line of Rapture and these Foreshadows the "uprising" of Rapture to the surface.

The barnacles don't foreshadow anything...they're just there to make the sign look cool. I think this is a pretty bad trailer ><
