D-Gray Man!......I don't know if any of you knows about this anime I spotted it on a site got hooked after a few episodes and caught up to the latest episode in about 4 days  (their's only about 64 episodes so far)it's really awesome comparable to claymore by having many main characters close or like assumed dead but they come back and also how many main and secondary characters also die(in claymore they even like cut off limbs and everything and still come back  lol)...anyways just thought of mentioning this........discuss if you want..

So what is the premise (right word?) of the anime?
Though the part about many characters dieing makes me want to watch it. |

um it's called D-gray man(for unknown reasons like why bleach is called bleach!!)and that's one of the good things of this anime you don't get a sense that everyone is immortal so you are always on the edge and excited to the unpredictable next....(although it's the same creators of the likes of bleach and naruto so expect some fillers and for this to be a long series that will gain popularity...) |

I meant what is the setting of it and that crap. Ninja Land? Bleach Land? FMA Land? etc...
I think I will just read the manga. Watching anime is very slow for me. |

no anime is better for now though I am starting the manga lol just watch all available eps. for now then start the manga(the anime like bleach is better since thier's lots of action......)...and this is an alternate beginning of the 19th(or 20th century?>.)and they mention real countries and continents and I lol that the headquarters is in europe and the enemies base is like in japan and they go through the world.....(scary thought how japanese seem to be everywhere..)so jsut read the manga and check out the 3rd opening I gave(linky..) |

bleach is apparently named so because of the thought of Ichigo "Cleaning" The human world of hollows in a sense.
Sorry for the off topic. D-Gray man sounds pretty good. And claymore manga is so unoriginal its like shaman king or bleach in a way well the first chapter anyways. |

Claymore is pretty awesome....although the goriness leaves a sense of dispair and uncertainty later on.....seriously and it's way different later and for one thing unlike the the animes you mentoined the main character is only a 1/4 demon(unlike the normal 1/2)which makes her super weak until later when she awakens then goes back to normal form.........
as for d-gray man I have yet to find any suitable meaning......... |
