Well....the front says......"Grand Theft Auto IV. Now on console, Soon on PC" is that not evidence?......unless this was a really good photoshop......

And Wikipedia is an official source how? I will just go edit it now and say it was a joke by Rockstar 
But anyway, it's actually confirmed. Some guy posted a link to the ESRB website showing that they have rated GTAIV for the PC version M. Now why would they do that unless the game is coming to the PC?

According to PC Gamer Podcast from the US Publishers, this is not really official since its from a distributor, this one happens to be Malaysia and they're allowed to change the cover. They made jokes on how they should just slap on a picture of Battlefield 3 and say its coming so this was a joke, in a way. But it has no been spoken of officially and coming in October to PC for Europe and NA.

Rumour has it that there was an October release date, but that has been pushed aside by a German website. Thew site showcases the DVD case of Grand Theft Auto IV for the PC and it states that the game will release on the 30th of November. Is it legitimate or a quick Photoshop to promote the website?
Until then, we have a German website presenting the Grand Theft Auto IV PC version DVD case, together with a price and, what matters most for all of us: the release date. According to the website, the PC version of Rockstar's title will be made available starting the 30th of November this year. What should normally be a further proof that the date is correct (or, at least, that a PC version is in the works) is the fact that pre-order is available. It remains to see how and if Rockstar responds to this... let's call it "leak". They probably won't be too happy, since the official announcement still has to be made.

Rockstar officially announced the game. It will come to North America November 1th and to Europe November 21st.
