Hippo's New ComputerI was thinking about getting a new computer on a budget of approximately $800. Assuming thanksgiving sales, I should be able to get at least $1.6k of retail. Suggestions please. Assume the computer I'm using now is crap, so not much is worth salvaging. I don't need a new mouse, keyboard, or monitor. Suggestions please?
This is the first topic I've made. Ever. Yay!

yay About time you make a topic.
You know if you are not buying a new monitor (which you should) then I think 2K will be more than enough. Are you buying parts and assembling them or just buying pre-made PC?

Ok, thanks. Why do you need a zipcode?
and what's thermal paste do?

Thermal paste is the glue that attaches the CPU to the heatsink for optimum heat transfer. I need your zipcode for a final price.

Final Price is $815.89 and that's with shipping. If your going to take this list to a local store for a custom build it will be cheaper. No S/H.
