Super Mario Galaxy have been getting near 100% scores in Japanese websites/magazines. That sounds comforting for the fans in here.

I'm pretty sure Western reviewers won't bash it unless they decide to screw up the game review.
other than that the previews seemed pretty good for the game.

reviews as I said several times can't be trusted...you have to play these games yourselves so you can judge them..(although reviews of games such as lair do give a general idea if the game is good or just sucks...)

this game will be off the hook. better than sunshine and 64. though 64 was the [mod edit], i shouldnt say that. forget it it will be better than sunshine but not 64...

I just updated the first page with Mario reviews.
And to tell you the truth, up until now, Mario has been getting 9.5 and above scores. So in any way Super Mario galaxy proves to be the superior platformer for 2007.
