OverClocked ChipampWinamp + Chipamp = Nostalgia
Chipamp is a free bundle of existing plugins for Winamp that lets you play a variety of chiptune and tracker formats, including music from classic game consoles like the NES, SNES, Sega Genesis, Gameboy, and Playstation.
Chipamp makes chiptunes easy:
1. get winamp if you haven't already (mac and linux folk go here)
2. get chipamp
3. enjoy tons of great music from video and computer games (and originals, too!)

What will this installer do, exactly?
Essentially, Chipamp itself is just a delivery mechanism for existing Winamp plugins. When you install it, it will place these plugins into your Winamp plugin directory, so make sure you've already got Winamp, first. In addition to deploying the plugins, which Winamp will automatically recognize, Chipamp creates registry entries that associate chiptune files with Winamp, so that you can simply double-click an NSF or SPC and have it launch Winamp automatically.
What will the uninstaller do?
When Chipamp is uninstalled, the plugins are deleted and previous file associations, if any existed, are restored. You can install Chipamp over top of itself, but because the plugins included may change over time, it is recommended to uninstall first before reinstalling or installing a newer version.
