Students suspended for... HACKING?! | Quote: | RANCHO BERNARDO – Six Rancho Bernardo High School students have been suspended pending the completion of an investigation into a recently discovered cheating scandal that involved hacking into the computer system, school officials said Monday night.
Grades were changed and some tests were accessed, Poway Unified School District Superintendent Donald Phillips said.
The hacking appears to have been limited to Ranch Bernardo High grades and tests and does not extend districtwide, Principal Paul Robinson and Phillips said.
Police are aware of what's going on but are waiting for the district to finish investigating before moving forward, Robinson said.
Robinson said that nothing “to this depth” has happened at the school before.
Details of how the hacking occurred or who the students are were unavailable Monday night.
“A number of kids have been suspended pending the outcome of the investigation,” Robinson said. “The first indication something was wrong was discovered late Friday.” Action was taken Monday, he said.
One student who attended Monday night's Poway Unified School District school board meeting said the hacking scandal was the subject of rumor and gossip at the school Monday.
Rumors that Advanced Placement tests had been accessed are untrue, Phillips and Robinson said. |

you would think they would get expelled for such a scheme...and lol adie got beter this year(kind of>..<)but is screwed in grade 11 where math is way harder(trust me on this ^_^)

Hehe I've looked up a test on our network here once...
I'm not doing it frequently though since someone got kicked off school for hacking into the system
