The Avengers (2011)

I think that there is going to be a Marvel Ultimate Alliance (or something of the sort) movie unveiling soon. I have full evidence suggesting that Tony Stark from Iron Man is gonna be in it an The Incredible Hulk. Maybe instead of Spiderman 4, Parker will join them and maybe the X-Men. At the end of The new Hulk movie, Tony Stark approaches the general and asks him to join his "team". And also in another scene it showed Stark Industries. I dono. What do you guys think? I believe it would be an epic idea. Very interesting.

Here's what I found: When Captain America is awakened from an icey prison, and some of the greatest evils earth has seen are born, the Avengers go into action. Captain America, Iron-Man, Hulk, Wasp, Ant-Man and Thor. Will they be able to stop the likes of Loki and the Masters of Evil?

Is this movie a tie-in to the "Avengers Initiative" alluded to in Iron Man?

Yes, it is believed so. This movie will be based on the Marvel superhero team 'The Avengers'. The final scene after the credits of Iron Man involved Nick Fury recruiting Tony Stark/Iron Man to become a member of The Avengers. Cameos such as this and Robert Downey Jr.'s in The Incredible Hulk are Marvel's way of creating a single movie universe allowing for crossovers such as The Avengers movie.

Now I just can't wait for July 2011. Very Happy

Captain America's Sheild  Shocked

Badie05

Kevin Feige, president of Marvel Studios, spoke recently about the films on Marvel’s upcoming film slate — Thor, Iron Man 2, and two Avengers movies.

Feige confirmed that yes, that IS part of Captain America’s shield we see in the background of Tony Stark’s workshop in Iron Man (see ‘Iron Man’ and ‘Incredible Hulk’ Tip Hat to ‘Captain America’). Feige was also the one that confirmed at the New York Comic Con that the blue serum seen in The Incredible Hulk ties in with Captain America.

Speaking about the Captain America movie, The First Avenger: Captain America due out on May 6, 2011, Feige said that the story will follow that of the comic book as a World War II period piece and that Captain America will be a lead in to the Avengers movie, which will be released on July 1, 2011.

And no, Matthew McConaughey will NOT be playing Captain America.

Lastly, Feige plans to announce who the new director for Thor will be “later this summer” and that Mark Protosevich is expected to submit the script in a couple of weeks. As has been previously reported, the Thor movie will take place mainly in Asgard.

We already know about the revealing post-end-credits scenes in the Iron Man and The Incredible films that tie these two properties of the Marvel Universe together (Spoilers: see Iron Man and Incredible Hulk scenes).

Now it’s been discovered that the two films also include nods to another Marvel property — Captain America.

/Film points out a blue serum in one of the latest photos from The Incredible Hulk, which is supposed to be the serum used to turn Steve Rogers into the super-soldier Captain America. I remembered something being brought up about this at the panel for The Incredible Hulk at the New York Comic Con last month. So, I went through my notes and sure enough, producer Kevin Feige confirms to the crowd, which had just been shown footage of the film, that the serum is a Captain America reference.

So I guess THIS:

dude that got knocked down by that super soldier evil Hulk in the latest Hulk movie is gonna be Captain America. Hm. I though he died. BTW did anyone watch Hulk. The dude's face blotched or something.....i thought he died :S.
bashmo

yep i watched it, and at the end, this dude gets owned by bruce banner's blood, which transmutes his head, making it deformed. Im assuming he died or something. The Hulk owns the abomination so bad it isnt even funny.

And the avengers include:

Iron Man
Hulk(somewhat)
Captain America
And-man

and i think thats it....

When I saw the end of ironman, with the black dude recruiting him...I thought it was morpheous but it wasn't, so I got all disappointed Sad

Nice finds.
Phatkav

Funny thing, I watched Iron Man but I missed the last 10 minutes of it.

Damn.
bashmo

was the black guy nick fury?
Badie05

That's what everyone suspected Razz...He might use the old suit...he thought about it.
