Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009)

Overview
Director: Michael Bay
Writers: Ehren Kruger (screenplay), Alex Kurtzman (screenplay)

Release Date: 26 June 2009 (USA)
Genre: Action | Adventure | Sci-Fi

The battle for Earth has ended but the battle for the universe has just begun. After returning to Cybertron, Starscream assumes command of the Decepticons, and has decided to return to Earth with force. The Autobots believing that peace was possible finds out that Megatron's dead body has been stolen from the US Military by Skorpinox and revives him using his own spark. Now Megatron is back seeking revenge and with Starscream and more Decepticon reinforcements on the way, the Autobots with reinforcements of their own, may have more to deal with then meets the eye.

   *  During preproduction, Michael Bay announced he would leak false information about the film, to keep fans guessing and reduce the risk of a leak being taken seriously in the midst of all the generated disinformation, and thus no one will truly have proper knowledge of the movie details.

   * Shooting started one day after Transformers (2007) won the MTV Movie Award for Best Movie.

   * Michael Bay considered making a small project in between Transformers (2007) and this film, but he "didn't want someone else to take his baby."

   * 'Shia LaBeouf' had to take some time off filming due to a car crash in late July 2008. A hand injury he received from the crash was worked into the movie.

   * Matthew Marsden was a childhood fan of the Transformers comic books.

   * Screenwriter Ehren Kruger was signed on for his encyclopedic knowledge of the Transformers.

So will this movie have more massive scale Autobots on Decepticons action? Cause the only good part from the last movie was the final fight. The rest was just plain boring.

Critics seem to disagree with you greatly, but each to his own opinion.
