Your Pokemons combination have nothing wrong with them. It's just your movesets.

For example, Electivire with Thunderbolt/Earthquake/Ice Punch/Cross Chop can hit 13 types out of 17 with Super Effective move.

I will go over the other Pokemons later.

Good team btw. Way better than the previous ones.

Cross Chop and Ice Punch are egg moves. You either have to breed for those or trade for an Electivire.

Some suggested moveset to make your Skarmory better:

Skarmory - Brave Bird, Roost, Spikes, Roar/Whirlwind

Also for Acanine, you try Overheat in place of Dragon Pulse and some of the fangs like Thunder Fang/Ice Fang

Aerodactyl wants Ice Fang.

Arcanine can use Overheat or some of the fangs.

Thunder Fang is vs Gyarados mostly. Ice Fang is vs Dragons switch-in like Salamence/Garchomp.

Listen I gave you THE BEST TYRANITAR Set you messed it up

TyraniBoah: Max HP to create 101 Substitutes against Blissey. Quiet nature to boost Tyranitar's Special Attack, 68 Speed EVs to out speed Weezing with the remaining 188 EVs in Special Attack. 252 HP / 96 Atk / 160 SpA, Brave is a good alternative if you are using Crunch and Ice Beam. It allows for a OHKO on Garchomp with Ice Beam. For Uber battles, you can drop some Attack EVs and bump Special Attack up to 275 (196 EVs) if you want Ice Beam to guarantee a OHKO on minimum HP Rayquaza. This will also 2HKO any Groudon that is lacking HP EVs. You can also load up on Special Defense and use the spread mentioned in the Choice Band set.

~ Substitute
~ Focus Punch
~ Dark Pulse
~ Ice Beam / Thunderbolt

Most Commonly Seen Electivire Set

~ Thunderpunch
~ Ice Punch
~ Cross Chop
~ Earthquake

Mix Attacker

~ Thunderbolt
~ Earthquake
~ Ice Punch
~ Cross Chop

Swampert: Surf, Ice Beam, Protect, Earthquake

Protect!-- Swarmpert is the strongest starter it can withstand most of the dangerous attacks if i waS you change that protect to Stealth Rock.

Fly--- Stop right now Ice Fang

dude look. I will try to make a change with the t-tar, but the whole reason why i developed swamp was to take on garchomp. T-tar is way too slow, and i vulnerable to eq. with an ice beam swamp, i can take him out.
