Anyone have any idea where i can pick up a cheap PC Mic that supports XP? Price Range: 10-15 bucks, and can someone also suggest a good recording program that can save files into Mp3-movie maker compatible audio?

I would suggest a Decent headset/Mic combo. Best deal for that price range. It won't be amazing audio but it'll be good enough. Audacity is a good piece of software for recording and exporting to MP3 so you can use them in your Movie Maker Films. Good luck on your endeavors.

Go to walmart and get one standalone one for like $6, it's what I had.
