For ME:
Anime
1.Yu YU Hakusho(awesome story, characters)
2.Bleach(awesome fighting, plot)
3.DeathNote(amazing plot, cool animation)
Manga
1.Kindaichi Case Files(through and nailbiting mysteries)
2.DeathNote(see above)
3.Prince of Tennis or maybe Naruto.(Good battling scenes, cool characters)

anime: bleach, naruto, FMA, deathnote, one piece, inuyasha, and gundam seed + destiny
manga: deathnote, bleach, and NARUTO!!
havnt watched anime in a long time cuzz of work but i caught up with them all

EH, the only anime I'm watching now is Code Geass R2 and the only many I'm reading are Naruto, Detective Conan and Bakuman.
